This object is a jQuery plugin that can alter the behavior of links dynamically.

It can traverse the elements of a given HTML page container to find and alter properties of the links that it finds.

Currently it can alter the links color, CSS class, target window, add an icon image next to the links, set or append a title text, set callback functions to be called when the user drags the mouse over the links.
