This object can scroll of HTML page elements in the vertical.

It can animate page elements with a given class attribute so their contents scroll in the vertical continuously until they wrap around.

The user halt the scrolling while dragging the mouse over the page elements.

Optional buttons may be added inside a given page element to let the user stop and restart the scrolling.
