This is a jQuery plugin to convert an image to grayscale.
It takes the URL of an image and loads it into a canvas object.
The plugin can convert the image to grayscale by mapping the color of each pixel to a gray tone with the same intensity of the original image color.
It returns a data URL that can be used to dynamically set the SRC parameter of an IMG tag in the current page.
