This object implements a slider input that works on non-HTML5 browsers.

It is an enhanced version of the original developed by Brian McAllister of Frequency-Decoder.

This version can work on pages on which the slider’s parent containing element(s) are in a fixed or absolute position.

It also allows you to use the CSS3 transform:rotate() directive to display the slider at any angle you choose.
