Subup: Handle events using publish and subscribe

This object can handle events using publish and subscribe.

It lets applications to subscribe to events specifying the event name and a callback function that will handle the event. An event handler may have an assigned priority.

The object can also publish events by a given name. All the event handler callback functions that subscribed to that event will be called. An optional argument will be passed to the callback functions.
