This object can manipulate arrays of named parameters.

It can build an array of named parameters of variable types and perform several types of operations on those parameters.

The object can find parameters with a value, list all parameters, etc..

The object can log messages to the console log when it is attempted to perform a erroneous operation with the parameters.
