extendm.js: Extend the Number object with more functions

This package extends the Number object with more functions.

It defines several types of new functions that are added to the Number object prototype.

Currently it provides functions to check if a number is odd or even, check if it is a floating point or integer value, set it to a random number between a start and end numbers, or convert a timestamp number to a Date object.
