Description Author

This object can show scrollbars at the top and the bottom of wide elements that do not fit horizontally inside Web page container elements.

It takes a given Web page element and inserts it within a container element with an automatic scrollbar that appears if the contained element does not fit horizontally.

Another scrollbar shows at the top of the element, so the user can scroll it without having to use the scrollbar at the bottom of the element.

The wide element may also get the keyboard focus, so the user may scroll it using the arrow keys.
