This object is a jQuery plugin to display tooltips.

It can assign tooltips messages to given page elements that show with a short delay after the triggering event.

The tooltip text can retrieved from a configurable attribute of the page element.

The events that trigger the tooltip show and hide actions are configurable using a callback function.
