This is a jQuery plugin to open modal dialogs.

It takes given page elements and opens a modal dialog showing the contents of the selected page elements and with a given title

An optional button will show to close the dialog when it is clicked, or when the use clicks on the dialog contents, or uses the Esc key, or uses the Done button.

Configurable animation effects can be used when the modal dialog is opened or closed.
