This is a jQuery plugin that can scroll a page when clicking an anchor link.

It can be bound to an anchor link that when it is clicked it makes the page scroll to respective position of the anchored content.

An icon of an arrow may be displayed and animated when the page is scrolling to the anchored content.

When the user clicks on a link in the table of contents, the document jumps to the position of the respective document section.

This jQuery plugin provides a nicer approach to jump to a document section by smoothly scrolling the page when the user clicks on the document links.
