JavaScript Chat Room Manager: Client and server of a multiple chat rooms

This package can work as client and server of a multiple chat rooms.

The server is implemented using Node.js and Socket.io. It can receive and redistribute the messages entered by the users in each chat room. The number of users per chat room can be limited.

Each chat room will have an hash value that is used to distinguish each room when sending and receiving messages.

The client side is meant to be run on a browser. It can retrieve the messages entered by other users in the same chat room and update the Web page with those messages.
