This package provides an abstract APi to access DOM elements and events.

It can wrap DOM elements and provides functions to traverse DOM tree in a way that works in different browsers. Elements can be selected by name or regular expressions.

It can manage registered event handlers, as well dispatch events using event objects that contain a minimum list of common properties available in all browsers.
